Environment
If the working environment of indoor equipment is not very good, dust can easily enter the main ink cartridge and then the auxiliary ink cartridge, and then enter the nozzle, which will affect the printing effect of the nozzle and shorten the service life of the nozzle.
Operate
The nozzle part of the nozzle surface cannot be rubbed against any object, and fine hairs are easy to hang on the nozzle surface. It causes blockage and ink dripping, which affects the code printing effect. Therefore, it is very important to operate the equipment strictly according to the requirements.
Auxiliary accessories
Every accessory on the machine has its purpose, so don't remove it at will. Like main ink cartridge, auxiliary ink cartridge, filter, etc.
Prepared Chinese ink
The quality of ink directly affects the picture quality and nozzles. It is best to use the ink recommended by the equipment manufacturer, because these inks have been tested strictly and for a long time, which can guarantee the equipment and nozzles to a certain extent. Don't add anything to the ink at will.
Look after
Before shutdown and power cut-off, the nozzle must be cleaned and placed on the nozzle cover with moisture-retaining sponge pad, which can ensure the nozzle condition and code spraying quality and prolong the service life of the nozzle to a certain extent.
Nozzle maintenance
The nozzle is the most fragile and core component in the inkjet printer, so the nozzle must be handled with care to avoid damaging the above components. The aperture of the nozzle plate of the inkjet printer is between 45 microns and 72 microns, and the inner diameter of the recovery hole is about 2 mm. All these two parts should be cleaned separately before shutdown.
